On February 20, 2016, come out and join Eric Wenger, President of Complete Lawn Care, as he presents two sessions at the 16th annual Spring Gardening Conference. This year’s theme is “EXPLODING THE MYTHS: Fascinating Facts to Help You Avoid Common Gardening Mythstakes!” Eric has presented at this compelling and educational conference each year, and is excited to help educate the Maryland community on safe, effective, and sustainable lawn care practices.
The conference runs from 8:30am to 2:30pm and offers a multitude of workshops all taught by master gardeners. This year’s topics include Lawn Care, Garden Design, Healing Herbs, Native Plants, Garden Pests, Pruning, Seed Starting and much more. Participants may attend any three of the nine informational workshops. Eric will be presenting two sessions titled “Lawn vs. Lore,” which will focus on the truth about maintaining healthy turf, and “Proper Pruning Practices – Do Plants Care?” which will explain whether pruning is harmful to plants. Attendees can also look forward to snacks, informal lunchtime sessions, door prizes, networking with master gardeners, and getting answers to all the lawn care questions they’ve been dying to know.
